I saw some instagram posts about this hummus so I decided to give it a whirl. I followed every step exactly and watched the youtube video for extra tips.
Wow. Mind blown. So creamy and delicious. I didn't put any olive oil in mine and it's still wonderfully creamy. I could just eat this off a spoon (and I did, whilst making it).
