Oh She Glows 10-Spice Blend

I keep this in the cupboard to sprinkle on potatoes or anything else I would normally sprinkle with seasoning salt. 2 TBSP smoked Paprika 1 TBSP garlic powder 1 TBSP dried oregano 1 TBSP onion powder 1 TBSP dried basil 2 TSP dried thyme 1.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1.5 tsp fine grain sea salt 1 tsp white pepper (optional) 1 tsp cayenne pepper Mix together, throw into a spice jar, and voila, your very own multi-purpose seasoning salt.

Thai Curry

Thai curry is my go-to, and I've been on a quest to perfect it over time. It's quick, pretty easy, and a great way to get veggies in. Lately I've been using a variation of the recipe linked below. I prefer using a mixture of soy sauce and fish sauce for a little more flavour. I really don't think the Thai Kitchen curry paste is all that good, but it's all my Co-op offers. Eventually I'll venture into an asian grocery market and try a different kind. https://cookieandkate.com/images/2015/10/red-thai-curry-recipe-1-1-550x757.jpg I also love Green Curry, but I've experimented with it less than the red variation. I normally just follow the directions on the back of the green curry paste package. For me so far, it basically comes down to veggies, curry paste, and coconut milk.
